These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HUEFON LLC, doing business as Rove In Style ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of roveinstyle.com and all related design and ordering services.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Rove In Style provides an online platform for designing and ordering personalized print products including wedding invitations, greeting cards, save-the-date cards, and related stationery. We offer:

• A browser-based design editor for customizing templates
• Order processing and print-on-demand fulfillment
• Digital downloads of your designs (PDF format)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

4.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices in effect at the time of order placement apply to that order.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount.

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any text, images, or other content you upload or create ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for fulfilling your order.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You must not upload or include content that:

• Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal material
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Includes personal information of others without their consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to use any content you submit. We may refuse to print content that violates these restrictions.

All design templates, graphics, website content, logos, and software on our platform are the property of HUEFON LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our templates or website content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Purchased designs are licensed for personal use only.

7.1 Digital Downloads

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

7.2 Print Orders

We will reprint or refund orders that contain printing errors caused by us. We are not responsible for errors in your submitted design (typos, color choices, image quality).

7.3 Order Cancellation

Personalized print orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing an order if you need to make changes.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HUEFON LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or inability to use them.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUEFON LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
